EnviroSystems is delighted to have become one of the newest ‘Lancashire Investors in Community’.

Last month ambassador Edwin Booth CBE DL, Executive Chairman at Booths and Bonnie-Anne Phillips from the Community Foundation for Lancashire, presented our founder and Managing Director Liz Russell with a plaque as a thank you for our pledge of support.

“We are a charity that distributes charitable funds to grassroots organisations across Lancashire and we’re delighted to be working with EnviroSystems as Lancashire Investors in Community,” comments Bonnie-Anne Phillips.

Liz Russell says: “It is heart-warming to know that the money we’ve donated as an Investor in Community will ensure the Community Foundation can help those smaller charities that are doing great things locally that we normally wouldn’t hear about.

“I went to visit Stable Lives in Parbold – one of the charities this Community Foundation supports and was very moved by the work they are doing to help those who have experienced trauma using horses as a practical type of therapy.”

The Community Foundation directs funds to where they are most needed and will have the most impact. These are charities dedicated to improving the lives of the most vulnerable within our communities, and through the collaboration of community aware businesses, Investors in Community can provide the Foundation with the support it needs.

Edwin Booth adds: “We are so grateful for Liz and the team’s support at EnviroSystems, as every single business that comes on board makes a huge difference to the funding and support we can provide to grassroots charities.

“During the visit I enjoyed learning about EnviroSystems’ innovations for farmers such as EnviroBed livestock bedding which they process and dry at Foggs Farm near Garstang, and also their new teat dip made in Barton, which is gentle on cow’s teats and encourages the use of less harsh chemicals on farm.”
